We are extremely proud of our school and I would like to take this opportunity to mention a special thank you to the Friends Committee. Without their hard work and efforts, in particular the organising of such a variety of fundraising events, the school would be unable to purchase additional resources or plan important building projects.

Donations received from the Friends during the school year are used to purchase additional resources to support the curriculum and improve the school environment. Every year we are able to fund curriculum events such as the Roman Day, art workshops, sports activites, the Christmas pantomime, Easter Bonnet Parade and many other school activites.

With funding received from the Friends we have been able to totally overhaul the school garden and outdoor areas, making these spaces a really pleasant environment for the staff and children to use.

All money raised this school year will again go towards important projects, a key driver being the KS1 ICT suite, Foundation Stage outdoor learning and furniture for classrooms and the new school link, including comfortable seating and art work.
