Our last Shakespeare Schools Festival event was held in 2019 when Year 6 performed ‘Twelfth Night’ at The Grove Theatre in Dunstable. The children received an excellent performance appraisal and once again did us all proud. St. Joseph’s have taken part in this wonderful festival for many years and have even performed at 11 Downing Street and on a West End stage!

                                  

                                

Sadly, due to the current Covid restrictions, the festival has not been able to run as usual and we have greatly missed taking part.

We are looking forward to the future, when hopefully we will once again be able to ‘tread the boards’ and continue to inspire more children to develop a life-long love of William Shakespeare’s work.
